Victor is celebrated for her collaborative leadership and strategic approach in education, with a strong emphasis on creating equitable learning conditions. Her expertise aligns with the educational goals of Clark Street Community School, particularly in fostering personalized, democratic, and place-based learning.

Victor holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from William Woods University. Her professional certifications include Director of Instruction, Principal, and Director of Pupil Services. Her experience covers a range of skills from managing online education platforms to building positive school environments.

“I've been genuinely inspired by the dedication here, and I can't wait to work with all of you – students, staff, and families – to continue the fantastic work already happening,” Victor expressed. “I believe in creating a place where everyone feels empowered to learn and try new things. I'm ecstatic to start this journey with you all, and together, we'll build a future filled with learning and achievement."

Victor is also committed to cultivating the legacy left by Dr. Jill Gurtner, who is retiring in June after a 30-year tenure. Dr. Gurtner's leadership is credited with transforming Clark Street Community School into a model for innovative and learner-centered education.

MCPASD has expressed enthusiasm for the future with Victor at the helm, anticipating numerous inspiring experiences for students, families, and the wider community.
