Founded in 1957 by Joe and Jeanne Silverberg in Madison, The QTI Group is marking its 68th anniversary in 2025. Over the years, QTI has expanded its operations to include branches in Baraboo, Portage, Milwaukee, and Beaver Dam. The company has grown from its roots in Madison to serve clients nationwide, supporting a variety of sectors including manufacturing, nonprofits, educational systems, and businesses.

Charyl Uptegraw, a Senior Consultant with QTI’s HR Consulting team, emphasized the company's connection to Wisconsin's work ethic. "Wisconsin has a reputation for a strong work ethic, for a genuine care to make the communities we serve grow and thrive, and I am proud to say that’s true," she stated.

Casey Liakos, Vice President of Executive and Professional Search at QTI, noted the organization's long-standing presence as a key factor in his decision to join. "After almost 70 years in the business, QTI is really part of the fabric of our community. I really wanted to be a part of that," he said.

Londa Dewey, CEO and President since 2007, highlighted the importance of people to QTI's success. “Above all, we owe our success to our people. At QTI, our slogan is 'our work is people because people are at the heart of what we do.' We work hard to understand what our customers and job seekers need from us and are extraordinarily proud that for nearly seven decades we have delivered,” Dewey remarked.
