Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) has announced the promotion of Kay Kertz to Senior Vice President of Finance & Human Resources. The announcement was made on Wednesday, with Kertz being recognized for her extensive service since joining WMC in 1991 as an accountant. Over the years, she has held various positions in accounting and human resources before her promotion to Vice President in 2020.

Kurt Bauer, WMC President & CEO, remarked on Kertz's contribution: “Kay has been an incredible asset to the WMC team for years. Her passion, professionalism, and dedication to our members truly stand out.”

In her expanded role, Kertz will continue managing WMC’s financial operations while also playing a crucial part in the organization’s upcoming headquarters relocation. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and resides in Sun Prairie with her family.
