Stoughton Health has been awarded the Silver Well-Workplace Award by the Wellness Alliance, a national organization that recognizes achievements in workplace wellness. The award is given to organizations that demonstrate strong leadership support, team engagement, use of data-driven strategies, comprehensive planning, and initiatives focused on supporting employee well-being.

The evaluation process for the award considers several factors including how organizations create supportive environments and regularly assess their wellness programs. Stoughton Health’s application emphasized its ongoing commitment to prioritizing employee health and fostering a culture that values well-being.

Chris Schmitz, Vice President of Human Resources at Stoughton Health, stated: “This recognition reflects the collective effort of our entire team. Every employee who participates in programs, shares feedback, or supports wellness initiatives contributed to this achievement.”

Looking ahead, Stoughton Health plans to expand its efforts by offering more opportunities and resources aimed at improving staff health and well-being.
