De Forest Area School District issued the following announcement on June 9.
Brenna Pecosky, fourth-grade teacher at Eagle Point Elementary, took first place in DeFo’s Masked Singer competition. Congratulations Brenna!
The DAHS Music Department organized DeFo’s Masked Singer last November as a virtual singing competition composed of DASD staff members. Ten singers, disguised by unique masks and costumes, shared their singing skills throughout the school year.
DeFo’s Masked Singer was hosted by Choral teacher Lyrica Daentl and was produced and directed by Band teacher Brandon Bautz. Thank you to everyone who participated in the competition and voting process!
