City of Sun Prairie issued the following announcement on March 24.

The feedback you provide will will help us not only understand the need but also assist when considering opportunities to address potential challenges.

Please complete the survey included below!. If you know of others  who would like to take it, please share with them too. Additionally, we have created a separate survey for childcare providers as we recognize the needs, challenges, and desires may be different. Both surveys will close on Wednesday, March 30.
