Windsor median home prices fell by 8.6% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Windsor fell by $33,450 while total sales increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,550 - an 8.6 percent decrease from the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Windsor in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Windsor for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,636, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
