To kick off Homecoming week, University of Wisconsin student organizations painted messages on the windows of Memorial Union’s Lakeview Lounge and other locations around campus. The Homecoming events, which run from October 19 to 26, include a medallion hunt, spirit days, a concert, the Homecoming Parade, and games such as football and volleyball.

Jeff Miller captured several images showcasing these hand-painted messages. One image features the university's mascot, Bucky Badger, painted on a window. Activities are scheduled throughout the week and will culminate with the Homecoming Parade on Friday night followed by a football game and a volleyball game on Saturday.
