The Academy of Little Vikings has announced a change in its leadership structure. Kari Faber, previously the Human Resource Director, will now serve as the Human Resource and Operations Director on a full-time basis. This transition aims to unify Human Resources and Operations under one strategic leader, enhancing support for the teams within the organization.
