The OPEN Foundation has announced its upcoming 2025 Career Fair, set to take place on April 23rd at Madison College Goodman Campus in Madison, Wisconsin. Scheduled from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the event aims to connect LGBTQ+ professionals and allies with employers who prioritize diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion in their workplaces.

The foundation emphasizes the importance of representation and inclusion in today's workforce. The career fair is designed as a welcoming environment for job seekers to engage with companies that are committed to authenticity and belonging. These employers support LGBTQ+ and BIPOC professionals in pursuing successful careers.

For those interested in participating as vendors or employers, booth options are available at specified rates. Early registration is advised due to limited space.

The OPEN Foundation works towards creating professional opportunities for LGBTQ+ individuals in Dane County and beyond through networking, mentorship, and advocacy efforts. The organization strives to build an inclusive workforce where all employees can thrive.

For further information or inquiries about the event, potential participants can contact Maggie Conrad at the OPEN Foundation via phone at 512-460-9614.
