Tim Hoel has joined M3 Insurance as the Director of Personal Lines. This newly created position signifies the company's commitment to expanding its services in response to increasing client demand. Hoel brings over a decade of leadership experience, most recently from American Family. He will concentrate on developing the team, advancing personal lines strategy, and directly interacting with clients to deliver high-quality service.
