Madison’s Central Business Improvement District (BID) is inviting the community to the expanded Madison Night Market on June 12, from 5-9 p.m. The event will take place in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, featuring areas like N. Carroll and W. Mifflin Streets on Capitol Square, State Street, and Gilman Street.

The market will celebrate Madison sports with appearances by local mascots such as Forward Madison FC’s “Strut” and the Madison Mallards’ “Maynard.” The Madison Nightmares women’s softball team will also be present. Attendees can engage with these teams and enjoy various activities.

The market aims to highlight local shopping, food, and arts by combining vendors and State Street retailers. Visitors can expect handmade products, local art, artisan gifts, artisanal foods, fresh produce, live music, special food carts, and pop-up restaurant experiences.

A new feature this year is the Family Activity Zone located where State Street meets Capitol Square. It offers family-friendly activities designed to engage children and adults alike. Each market in 2025 will introduce new activities.

Live music will be available at multiple locations including Peace Park Music Stage at 452 State Street and Capitol Square @ State Street throughout the evening.

The event details are organized by Madison’s Central Business Improvement District in collaboration with the City of Madison. Sponsors include Madison Gas & Electric, Steve Brown Apartments, Bubbl’r, Henry Vilas Zoo, and Findorff.
