Banking executive completes leadership academy by Wisconsin Bankers Association

Mike Solt, Vice President and Business Solutions Manager at Bank of Sun Prairie, has completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) BOLT Leadership Academy. This program spans 15 months and focuses on industry knowledge and leadership development.

The BOLT Leadership Academy is aimed at emerging bank leaders who are eager to enhance their leadership skills and establish a network with community banking peers across Wisconsin. Participants in the program come from various roles within the banking sector and represent different regions of the state.

Rose Oswald Poels, WBA president and CEO, stated, “The mission of the academy is to build a community of future banking leaders who are committed to advancing our industry and their banks while serving the financial needs of their communities.” She added, “I am proud of what these bank leaders have accomplished and am excited for the impact they will continue to make.”

This initiative is part of WBA’s commitment to fostering professional growth among future leaders in the banking industry.
