Madison City - WI issued the following announcement on July 17.
On Saturday, July 17, Nelson Road will be fully closed between High Crossing Boulevard and Felland Road for paving operations. This will be a one-day closure—from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m.
Nelson Road will be closed to through traffic in both directions. Local access will be maintained to the properties to the north of Nelson Road.
Preparation work for paving, which includes milling off the existing pavement, will occur on Friday, July 16. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction during that work.
