Cottage Grove Village - WI issued the following announcement on Oct. 28
During the fall hydrant flushing, the water in your home may become discolored. If this happens, let your cold water run until it clears. Please check your washing machine before doing any laundry to avoid accidental discoloration of your clothing. The water will be safe to drink.
