Come join the party! Zumba Fitness combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes. Please also bring a towel & water bottle. Classes on Tuesdays are from 5-6 p.m. and Saturdays are from 9:00-10:00 am.
