Help remove garlic mustard, Dame’s rocket, parsnip, and hedge parsley from the woods and prairie areas. These invasive plants crowd out our native spring wildflowers, prairie plants, and grasses. Spring is a good time to remove them before they go to seed.
This event will take place over three Fridays in May:
May 13, 2022 9 a.m. to noon
May 20, 2022 9 a.m. to noon
May 27, 2022 9 a.m. to noon

No experience necessary.

You are more than welcome to participate even if you cannot stay the entire time.
Please dress for the weather. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, hat, work gloves recommended. Sunscreen and/or bug spray may also be needed.
Bring drinking water and a snack if desired.
Do not attend if experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
Shared equipment will be sanitized.
