Terminal Drive Reconstruction (Contract A):
Cattell is the general contractor for this project.
A Public Information Meeting (PIM) for the project was held on June 1, 2022.

Private utility relocations are ongoing.
Curb and gutter installation is complete.
Sidewalk installation is complete.
Path construction is planned for the week of August 29th.
Construction completion is projected for mid-September.

Hidden Farm Road Reconstruction (Contract B):
Wolf Paving is the general contractor for this project.
This road is fully paved and open to traffic.

Storck Road Pavement Replacement (Contract B):
Wolf Paving is the general contractor for this project.
Some landscaping and shouldering work remain to be completed.

Card Avenue Water Main Replacement (Contract B):

Water service lateral installations on Card Avenue and Bellevue Court are expected the week of August 29th.
Construction completion is projected for mid-September.

Lake Edge/Bremer Road Water Main Replacement (Contract B):
- Wolf Paving is the general contractor for this project.
- Paving and initial restoration on this project have been completed.

R&T Voegeli Excavating is the general contractor for this project.
Work near Osborn Pond is expected to be completed early during the week of August 29th.
Work under the Terminal Drive rail bridge is expected to be completed in coordination with the railroad in late September.

Additionally, the latest on Exchange Street, which is planned for 2024 construction is:
Exchange Street:
The project extents are from Farwell Drive to Sleepy Hollow Road.
A full street reconstruction is planned with the addition of bike lanes, new sidewalk on the west side, new storm sewer, water main replacement, and sanitary sewer improvements.
A third Public Information Meeting (PIM) is planned for October or November of this year.
