Superintendent Dr. Dana Monogue featured Sauk Trail Elementary School's 4th graders on the latest episode of Monthly Update with Monogue. The Middleton High School's musical talents were on full display at the Wisconsin State Capitol during the Music in Our Schools Month celebration. The Sinfonia and Cardinal Orchestra impressed the audience, with State Representative Alex Joers and Senator Diane Hesselbein highlighting the importance of music education.
The MCPASD Student Services Department secured two grants totaling $380,000, emphasizing the district's commitment to student well-being and academic excellence. The grants will support the Social-Emotional Learning program, essential for equipping students with the necessary skills for success.

The district also hosted a successful 4K program informational night, welcoming families to learn more about the program and meet community partners. Open enrollment applications are currently being accepted, providing families with an opportunity to join the top-ranked district in Dane County.
As part of Women's History Month, the community celebrated the achievements of women from diverse backgrounds, recognizing their resilience and determination to overcome obstacles and inspire future generations.
Furthermore, the district reminded families of the reunification process in place to ensure the safety of students, staff, and families during emergencies, emphasizing the importance of staying informed and following provided instructions for a secure reunification.
