Brian Burch, president of faith-based organization Catholic Vote, said the Democrat party's stance on abortion is "radical and beyond basic human decency."

"It is important not to forget how radical and beyond basic human decency the position of the Democrats is on abortion," Burch told the Madison Reporter. "Which includes support for abortion during all 9 months of pregnancy and in some cases as some Democrats admit, support for post-birth murder. This is one of the most important facts that Americans need to be made aware of this year."

Marjorie Dannenfelser, writer for The Federalist, said "one of the most powerful moves Trump can make during the June debate is to hold Biden’s feet to the fire on where he draws the line on abortion." The first presidential debate is scheduled for late June. Dannenfelser notes that since the 2022 Supreme Court Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, the abortion issue "is guaranteed to be front and center as an election issue."

Dannenfelser said Biden and Democrats believe that abortion is "their silver bullet," and even has the potential to flip Florida to blue. Yet the Biden and Democrat Party support for "full-term" abortion is unpopular nationwide, with three-fourths of voters in favor of limiting abortion to within the first 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Madison, Wisconsin-based Catholic Vote is an advocacy organization that wants to “inspire every Catholic in America to live out the truths of our faith in public life,” according to the group’s website. Founded in 2008, its president is Brian Burch.
