Shay Roy-Lewis, a junior at Middleton High School, is curating an art exhibition titled 'Her Art' as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award project. The exhibition aims to promote positive self-expression among young female artists in the Madison area.
The 'Her Art' exhibition will be hosted at the Rotunda Gallery at the Overture Center for the Arts from September 10 to November 10, 2024. An opening reception is scheduled for September 10 from 6-8 PM.
Several MCPASD students, including Opal Wankerl, Leela Benson, and Kyla Meicher, will have their artwork featured in the exhibition.
