The Middleton High School Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) program is a project-based learning experience that immerses high school students in professional environments. It provides students the opportunity to explore their interests, gain real-world skills, and collaborate with industry partners while preparing them for future careers.

Event highlights included:

- Student Presentations: Students tackled complex problem-solving projects under tight time and resource constraints.

- Industry Feedback: Professionals provided valuable feedback and insights to help refine student projects and guide their professional growth.

- Networking Opportunities: Students connected with potential future employers and industry leaders, broadening their professional networks.

The industry panel included Ashley Storck from Marketini Media, Brooke Saucier from Knektar, Latoya Holiday from the Multicultural Student Achievement Network, Natalie Krogull from the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy, and Spencer Schumacher from the Spencer Real Estate Group.

The Sprint Project is designed to simulate real-world scenarios, preparing students for future career challenges. Industry partners played a crucial role in offering constructive feedback and sharing their expertise to guide the students' professional development.

"We are incredibly proud of our student associates' outstanding presentations and their ability to effectively network with industry professionals," said an MHS CAPS representative. "This event sets the stage for an exciting and productive semester ahead in the MHS CAPS program."
