The OPEN Foundation is set to host an event titled "Queer Empowerment Hour: Quiet Leadership" on February 11, 2025. The session will feature Maggie Conrad from Little Light Solutions, LLC, who will discuss strategies for LGBTQ+ professionals to lead authentically and effect change in their workplaces.

Participants can expect to gain insights into influencing workplace culture by being their authentic selves, advocating for inclusive policies and practices, and leading with quiet confidence. The workshop aims to benefit both emerging leaders and established professionals seeking to foster inclusivity and equity.

The event includes a workshop followed by a live Q&A session, providing a platform for open discussions and community building. While the workshop will be recorded for future reference, the Q&A session will remain unrecorded to ensure a safe space for participants.

This initiative targets LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and individuals interested in promoting equitable work environments.
