The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced its endorsements for the upcoming April 1 elections for the Madison Common Council. The Chamber, representing a 48-member board, selected candidates based on their leadership in business and economic matters.

Chamber President Zach Brandon stated, "We need innovation, creativity and decisive action from our elected officials. These candidates have the right experience and will move quickly to address our collective challenges and help our region achieve shared prosperity."

The endorsed candidates for the Madison Common Council are as follows:

- District 1: John W. Duncan (Incumbent)

- District 2: Will Ochowicz

- District 3: Derek Field (Incumbent)

- District 4: Mike Verveer (Incumbent)

- District 5: Regina Vidaver (Incumbent)

- District 6: Davy Mayer

- District 7: Badri Lankella

- District 9: Joann Pritchett

- District 10: Yannette Figueroa Cole

- District 11: Bill Tishler (Incumbent)

- District 14: Isadore Knox, Jr. (Incumbent)

- District 15: Ryan Koglin

- District 16: Sean O’Brien

- District 18: Carmella Glenn

- District 19: John Guequierre (Incumbent)

- District 20: Barbara Harrington-McKinney (Incumbent)
