Metro Transit will extend its Route 38 service into the City of Monona starting Monday, March 3. This expansion will provide weekday transportation from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., covering key locations such as the Civic Campus, Heritage Senior Living, Pier 37 Shopping Center, Monona Grove High School, Aldo Leopold Nature Center, and Dutch Mill Park & Ride.

In addition to Route 38, existing Metro Routes G and L will serve new stops along Monona Drive. "Starting Monday, March 3," the press release states, "Metro's existing Route 38 will extend into the City of Monona."

The public is encouraged to review maps and schedules for detailed information on bus stop locations and how to read the schedule. The system map is also available in Spanish.

Paratransit services will be accessible for residents living within three-quarters of a mile from new Route 38 bus stops. For further assistance or inquiries, individuals can contact Metro's customer service center at (608) 266-4466 or via email at mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com.

Complete details about this service expansion are available online at mymetrobus.com/monona.
