Rep. Mark Pocan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin's 2nd district, has recently voiced his opinions on social media concerning political issues. In his tweets, he critiques actions by House Republicans and questions the motives behind certain administrative decisions.

On February 17, 2025, Pocan expressed concern about tax legislation being proposed by House Republicans. He stated that ".@HouseRepublicans are working on a massive tax cut for the richest Americans at the expense of everyone else." He highlighted that this decision could negatively impact a wide range of people, regardless of their political affiliation or economic status.

Later on the same day, Pocan questioned President Elon Musk's intentions regarding taxpayers' data. He tweeted, "What exactly does President @ElonMusk want with taxpayers’ private data? When will @SpeakerJohnson cry foul?" This indicates his concerns over privacy and government accountability.

On February 18, 2025, Pocan made a statement regarding Louis DeJoy's departure from the United States Postal Service (USPS). His tweet read: "Hey Louis! Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. Hopefully Trump won't make the same mistake twice at USPS." This suggests his disapproval of DeJoy's tenure and decisions made during his time at USPS.
