State Senator Robert Cowles | Wisconsin State Legislature
GREEN BAY – Senator Rob Cowles (R-Green Bay) has announced that he will not seek reelection to the Wisconsin State Senate. In a statement released, Cowles expressed his gratitude and appreciation to various individuals and groups.
Cowles began by stating, "After much thought and deliberation, I have decided not to seek reelection to the Wisconsin State Senate." He then went on to thank the dedicated nonpartisan staff serving the Legislature, including individuals from various bureaus and offices, for their support and assistance in his work.
Acknowledging the elected officials he has worked with over the years, Cowles mentioned, "Despite policy disagreements at times, I’ve met some outstanding individuals who serve their constituents with honor and respect. I wish my colleagues all the best in their efforts to serve the people of Wisconsin in the coming sessions."
Furthermore, Cowles expressed his appreciation for his staff, past and present, for their dedication in helping advance his work and assist the people of Northeast Wisconsin. He wished them success in their future endeavors.
